- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have been using Xactimate for over a decade now. Xactimate is a third party software that estimates every aspect of construction. Most insurance companies use this same software to estimate their losses. This ensures that we are not overpriced nor are we underpriced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with the customer before we take a look at a project. We recognize that there is more to the process. It is our collaboration with our customers that make our renovations unique. We want to learn about the customer as much as possible before going into any renovation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was fortunate that I grew up around construction my whole life. I was bred for this type of work. Over the years I have learn a lot and I recognize that I am never too old to learn something new. There are always newer and better ways the industry is coming up with in order to make things better. We at Nathan's Restoration recognize this the most and that is what makes us stand out from the competition.
