Is like to add professionalism as well to my rating. Fred came out the same day the estimate was requested. He was very personable and thorough. He inspected the attic, pointed out the gaps between the roof and foundation and we even saw the actual squirrel. He inspected the entire perimeter of my home and the roof. Fred was thorough, professional, punctual and genuine - he took care of some attic rats that had gotten in with a full exclusion of the house. He communicated very well, explained every thing he was going to do for the job and spent a good deal of time assessing the space which I really appreciated. He showed up when he said he was going to, and gave me a very good price. He did a great job and I highly recommend him!
