I've got a persistent family of rodents trying to get in my attic and living under my deck at the moment. Had Fred come out, he gave very fair price, did full exclusion around my roof, etc, and listened when I asked for a non-kill remedy. One way doors for the win. Takes a little longer when they live, but it's working. He's come back (as guaranteed) a few times to assist as the rodents adapted their onslaught. And to assist in the under the deck eviction. They'd be totally gone pretty quick if I let him do the regular snap trap method. So it's me looking for humane solutions that is dragging it out. Not a reflection of Fred. I recommend. Also, other companies I had come out to quote quoted double the price, btw. So I know they were gouging the woman who called. <--- Me. Fred's patient, professional, creative solutions, and very good value. Give this one the call.

They actually did not remove the nest. They were the only vendor that adhered to the law regarding migratory birds. By law, you cannot move a nest that has chicks or eggs enclosed. They came out without me noticing. They verified that there were eggs in the nest. They sent me a photo of the eggs via text message and was gone. Appreciate the professionalism and adherence to the law. And they didn’t even disturb me. Impressive

I needed squirrels removed from my attic. He was able to remove them and seal all the entry points they created very quickly. A huge relief. I got quotes from other companies and he by far had the best rates. Highly recommend going with this company.

Fred responded quickly to my email about the problem that we were having--animal(s) that have been getting into our crawl space. Then he arrived on time, assessed the problem that we were having, suggested a solution at a reasonable price and finished the job without delay or extra cost despite finding a structural complication under our deck that needed to be worked around. He will follow up in case the problem returns. We are very satisfied with the work.
