I consider myself one of the pickiest women when it comes to my hair-but then again, I think we all do! I was in Subway a couple of years ago when Ryan walked in and handed me and a couple other ladies his card. I didn't think too much of it, though I noted he was a guy and I always did want a male stylist. A few months later, after not being satisfied wtih the couple of stylists I went to, I saw Ryan's card and decided to give him a call. I haven't been to another stylist since. Ryan always stayed true to his appt times-which I rarely see in salons. If my appt was at 3:00-that was the time I was in the chair-give or take 5 or 10 minutes. (which is still a blessing!) No matter what style I was getting, I never seemed to stay longer than 2 hours with Ryan. (I remember the days of being in the salon for half a day it seemed! You ladies know what I'm talking about!) And when it comes to style, I have always been satisfied with Ryan's work. (When men-straight AND gay compliment you on your hair on a regular basis-you're in the right hands!) And again, I am SUPER picky...but Ryan never made me feel as if I was annoying him or being a pest-he always respected me as a client.
Overall, I have come to respect Ryan not only as my stylist, but as my friend. He is passionate about what he does and it shows. He seems to care for each of his clients and he brings to the "salon world" qualites that you really don't find all in one place. He's a gem!
