Hello, and thanks for finding me. When we first started PEC we started small and year after year more customers kept calling and my schedule grew. We opened Pro Exterior Cleaners in 2010 and grew into a full service exterior cleaning business. My first priority is my customers and providing the highest level of service possible. I’m also a firefighter so I know how to show up on time and finish the job. Trustworthy and dependable are a few ways my previous customers describe my company. My house and surfaces looked like new after the excellent cleaning. All dirt and mold was gone .. I am completely pleased with the job and with the extra effort. Jay was on time, explained what he would do and finished the job in a timely manner. I will definitely use him again

Very pleased with the thoroughness of the shingle cleaning job Jay and his crew did at our home. We have asphalt shingles and noticed moss growth in several areas around the roof. I contacted Pro Exterior Cleaners thru the thumbtack app and within minutes had a job cost estimate, and was placed on the schedule for same day service. Jay did a fantastic job removing paint that dripped onto our roof. He was able to remove the paint without damaging the shingles. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was very friendly and professional.

Very professional and high quality work. Jay cleaned gutters and pressure washed entire house. It made a huge improvement. Cleaned stains from gutters when no other company could seem to get stains removed. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try and work around your budget and timetable for completion. I’m a firefighter so I give a public safety discount to all my first responder customers. Also I’m a proud supporter of the military so I like to support and offer the men and women of the military a discount off my services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to thank them for finding me and choosing me to at least give them a free estimate either by phone or text. If they choose Pro Exterior Cleaners I like to see what the customers expectations are and how we can improve their property . I love meeting new people and making sure the client is fully satisfied with my work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up to date with training and on line courses. I have numerous safety and stain removal classes. I’m also apart of 3 nation wide pressure washing organizations.
