This said, our Agency did not pick up this case or send any communication other than an auto-generated response to your contact form. We can also see that you contacted several Investigative Agencies, not just us, when you reached out. Perhaps you're disgruntled with the wrong company? It could also be possible this contact service ("Thumbtack") is sending out auto emails about the original inquiry and contact form that you initiated. You may want to follow up with their customer service if this continues.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial free consultation that can be conducted in person or remotely. We will establish a framework of the case/concern/mission and determine desired results. We will proceed to draft a recommendation of services to accomplish these goals and an applicable estimate for the work performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our women investigators offer a combined 22+ years of experience in live and remote investigation work, communication and interviewing, report creation and filing, computer research and database mining techniques. We use only the most current equipment on the market from trackers/tracers to digital cameras, zoom visual and video caption.
