Comprehensive reports are purchased on a regular basis and depending on who you are requesting confidential info about, we have to perform backgrounds with permissible purpose in mind. In your case, we provided a redacted background report for the individual you requested, and a full comprehensive report on yourself (as requested for authenticity). Having reviewed these with you, we discussed drilling down into certain areas of interest when we can’t answer questions referencing details “into incidents” that listed (or did not show) on the report. A drill down requires additional Reports on a subject with additional time/labor and, other data sources is typically required for these answers. This was the situation specifically in your case when we are asked about a particular section listing an event. In our communication exchange after providing your reports, you responded this is exactly what you were looking for, confirmation of information you suspected may exist, and we addressed any further drill-down insight that could be obtained. Our extensive communication is captured in our records. We cannot amend or add to the information that is contained within and pulled from a database under an “advanced comprehensive person” search. Even if a client is dissatisfied. We have reached out to you as a follow up via text messaging and email to discuss how we can address your dissatisfaction within the confines of the law. Mr. T - we have reviewed our files and records and have no idea who you are? We do not have a client, or prospective client, by this name. We can see however, that you inquired through this Thumbtack Service and requested an Investigator return your message. This said, our Agency did not pick up this case or send any communication other than an auto-generated response to your contact form. We can also see that you contacted several Investigative Agencies, not just us, when you reached out. Perhaps you're disgruntled with the wrong company? It could also be possible this contact service ("Thumbtack") is sending out auto emails about the original inquiry and contact form that you initiated. You may want to follow up with their customer service if this continues.
