His pricing was very fair. And he did an awesome job repairing my windows. It is so hard to find a good person to do repairs around the house. I’ve had many contractors and handyman to come and do work for me and have never been satisfied because of the sloppy work and/or the overpricing. I thought his pricing was very fair and he did an awesome job. I will be using him again in the future."See more

He was able to get the window open, replace the winding handle, and even took the extra step of painting the window frame to make everything look neat—without me even having to ask. That level of attention to detail was much appreciated. The only concern I had was that there was a service fee for going to the hardware store to pick up the part, which wasn’t communicated in advance. It was only explained after I questioned it on the invoice. A heads-up about extra charges upfront would help make sure everything is clear from the beginning. Overall, I had a great experience—David is a skilled professional and a great guy to work with! I would definitely recommend him for window repairs and other handyman services."See more
