It depends on the needs of our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*First, asking the customer how did you here about us? *Inquiring if the customer have pets or not? *Gathering all the necessary information about the type of cleaning service the customer would like? *Giving an estimated quote. *Scheduling a meeting for the initial quote. *Afterwards, if the customer is satisfied with the price, we move on with necessary paper work, scheduling a date and time for cleaning. *Lastly THANK the customer for reaching out or giving our company the opportunity to services their home or business
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided in 2014 I wanted to do this but didn't take action until 2016. After seeing the overall request for cleaning I decided to get my business license and move a step forward. I know a lot of parents who work full-time and have a family so cleaning can be last thing on the to do list. So, I said I'll go back to thumbtack and start making bids. Now here I AM!
