- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lawn Care is based on Time- $45, $65 and Custom. Fence is based on market price and typically is $10-20 per foot depending on type of fence. Custom Non Traditional Fence installs are from $20 to $45 per foot. These have tear down cost, special boards or Iron work and take 2-3 times longer to complete. These jobs require a higher labor rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You send in accepted quote and I arrive at a scheduled time to confirm quote, suggest ideas and start work on an agreed time If we are building a fence, Hardscape or installing plants or sod- I require an initial payment up to a % of cost, to gather supplies and material, then no other payment due until you're 100% Happy!

I have owned and ran a small business since 2001. I have many years of experience in maintaing a very high level of customer satisfaction and is evident in Client reviews.
