I am shocked that this company has a lot of 5 star ratings and figured they would be good. Incredibly bad. It was called from my warrenty company. I paid over $100 plus cc charges to come out and look. He said the toilet needs a WAX RING. I have had many replaced before maybe even a flange. Steve said that it was not put on to code????? The toilet has been fine for 15 years in this rental. It's an easy job. He called and said it was not property installed but he NEVER even took the toilet off, so how would he know that. The warrenty company called and said not covered according to the technician Steve. But they said that Premier Rooter Services LLC would replace the wax ring and thats it for $400. So here is his first bad rating BEWARE!!!!
