FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope, complexity, and estimated time required for each project. I offer both fixed-price project fees and hourly or ongoing support options when appropriate. After an initial consultation, I provide a clear estimate before work begins. Any additional work outside the agreed scope is discussed and approved in advance. Examples of some fixed pricing services: Basic research / small analysis $250–$400; Business Operations Diagnostic $500 (Review of the current process or operational issue, analysis of available information, identification of key inefficiencies or problem areas, and a written summary of findings and practical recommendations.); Hourly consulting when scope is unclear $75–$100/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a brief consultation to understand the customer’s goals, current challenges, and project scope. From there, I review the available information, identify priorities, and recommend a practical approach. Before beginning, I confirm the scope, timeline, and pricing. Throughout the project, I provide clear communication and updates, and I review the final recommendations or deliverables with the customer to make sure they are useful and actionable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, a Master’s degree in Business, and the CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) designation. My academic and professional background combines analytical problem-solving, operational efficiency, risk awareness, and business strategy. I apply this foundation to help businesses evaluate processes, improve workflows, organize operations, conduct focused research, and develop practical solutions that support better decision-making and more efficient execution.
