Alejandro was excellent! He was on time, responsive, and very thorough. I had a very large couch (6 piece sectional) that I had for almost 3 years without ever having it professionally cleaned along with living with two pets. He went the extra mile and thoroughly deep cleaned my couch so much so that it looked brand new. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and assured me that it would be to my standards which it exceeded them! Alejandro did an excellent job cleaning our two large area rugs and two sectional sofas. He was even able to remove slime from one of the rugs, which I didn’t think was possible! Alejandro was a thorough professional and did an excellent job cleaning few sofas, loveseats and ottomans around the house. I have delicate hunter douglas blinds and needed two of them cleaned too and he took care of those gently. Excellent job overall and highly recommend.
