I have chosen Chef Jess for dinner parties in my home for 7 years. She has created many magical culinary experiences for my guests and me. These dinners range from very formal to very casual, from banquets for 12 or 20 to intimate dinners for 4. Seafood is one of her specialties! Her steaks have no equal. She works with me in planning the food to meet my vision of the evening and complement my theme and décor. Whether she is providing a 3 course dinner or a 7 course banquet, her dinners always exceed my every expectation. I prefer the intimacy and customization of a dinner party in my home over one in a restaurant. Jessica works with me and within my budget to create an amazing culinary experience. Highly recommend!!
