That I include live sound system automatically in my prices. Lighting and premium effects are an upcharge. And my site visits are always free and include voltage/conditioning testing for available outlets.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That’s a good question. I would say that the perfect client would know exactly what they want, and reduce the amount of variables or surprises on the day of. But hey, life happens and murphys law is always there waiting. So I can’t fault anyone for last minute changes :)
