changed our lives with our dog… we can actually go out in public & the tools he gave us helped so much. i have a toddler and we like to go to the park & on stroller walks & now it’s actually possible to do all these things & not leave our dog at home! very helpful & would recommend to anyone needing any type of corrective behavior with their pets! he also has the cutest dog that helped desensitize my vicious maltese.. this photo wouldn’t have been possible in the past! thank you jonathon!

I cannot express enough what a great trainer Jonathan is. He has changed my dog in a way I never thought was possible. This is my third attempt at training and he is far and away the most understanding, kind, and talented trainer we have worked with. People ask me ALL THE TIME who I use because he's made such a difference. He was a pretty wild working dog shepherd and his level of happiness is clearly much higher now that Jonathan has helped me understand his needs and how to manage his particular personality. He is much more patient and indepth than other trainers- he truly understands your dog's breed and works with their tendencies for the best outcome. If you love your dog and need someone to help them be their best- Jonathan is the very best choice!
I think the most important thing for us was that he didn't rush the process, and made sure our dog got what he needed instead of being hyper focused on a timeline. He was incredibly generous with his time and his patience with Odin changed the way my dog engages with people on a much larger scale. Having a GSD that made people feel intimidated, this was a game changer for my family and my ability to take him with me everywhere, which I love to do!

I wish I could honestly give a better rating. Jonothan was super nice but I felt the service was not the greatest. He was not on time, he wouldn’t get back to me about scheduling sessions in a timely manor, he didn’t always have a plan as to what we were going to do during the session. I didn’t feel like my dog had progressed as expected and was just overall disappointed. He didn’t respond for 2 weeks when I asked when we were going to meet again. I should take some responsibility in that I didn’t realize the paid for sessions were over, although he never said to me, “this is our last session”. He made it seem like we were going to continue to meet, so that was poor communication on his part. When he reached back out after not hearing back for 2 weeks, I expressed all my concerns, to which he offered to continue his service at no extra cost. We scheduled a time to meet and he no showed. The sporadic communication was super unprofessional. Attached is a photo of the texts where he no showed. I tried to confirm we were meeting Wednesday morning, to which he asks where we should meet and then never responds.
This has been updated from the original, Jonothan offered to continue sessions with my dog which went well.
