- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to give you a competitive price and great quality. Our team works very hard to try to get our eatimate, and schedule the repairs needed as quickly as possible. Always compare our warranties and prices with others. We want you to feel comfortable working with us and make an educated decision even if you choose someone else. Our job is to answer all the questions you might have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a FREE inspection, give you an estimate within 24 hours from our visit. If you approve the quote we sent you, we usually take care of the project within 2-3 days from approval. You do not pay us anything until the job is completed (unless the job is for more than $2,000). We send you an invoice with pictures before and after and you can transfer the money by zelle, venmo or cashapp for your convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are GAF master elite contractors and CertainTeed Landmark pro contractor in Atlanta. In addition, three of our managers went to college for a Bachelor in Business Management, which had helped us to lead this company. On top of that, we have over twenty years of experience working in the construction industry.
