FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive for quality work. The margins we need to stay in business are factored into our proposals, so we do not discount. Typically minimum project pricing for new cabinets would be ~$10K. For refacing projects, our minimum project size is $7K
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally the best starting point is a short call. In a few minutes we can give you a pretty good idea of what you want to do is likely to cost. Having a call as the first step, in no way takes the place of a real visit. But it is important to avoid wasting anyone's time by making sure up front that the scope of what you want to do is work we are set up to handle, and that the likely price makes sense to you. For example we do not refinish or repaint existing cabinets. Refacing existing cabinets eliminates the need to repaint them but we do get calls from people who just want to repaint their existing cabinets and that is work we do not do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers go through a lengthy on the job training process which takes about two years in order for them to be proficient in onsite aspects of cabinet and refacing work. In all we have 14 years of experience over which we have delivered ~400 projects.
