These guys did a top notch job. I was a new client and they did what I asked. We have setup a bi- weekly schedule for them to return. I had some very specific requests and they handled them perfectly.

Rivera and I connected on Saturday and he was at the house Sunday morning to give an estimate. Excellent response time. However, his original estimate for the work was outrageous and I was ready to dismiss him but we finally agreed on a price. Even though the agreed upon price was still more than I had budgeted, it had begun to lightly rain so I was fine. His work was satisfactory. He inquired about a tip though. Always a first for everything.

These people are dishonest. Came to my home to give a quote to remove leaves from my yard. While here he asked me if I wanted my gutters cleaned too. I agreed for a price, then after he started the work he kept increasing the price way above the original agreement. Then, to add insult to injury, after leaving, I discovered he had not removed leaves from all of the gutters and have not returned to finish the job. Very disappointed and discouraged from using thumbtack ever again to find a service provider
