Had a fantastic experience with Bryan and still working with him to this day.
Coming off an injury I was in terrible shape. After 6 months with him I was in some of the best shape of my life. Always felt comfortable never rushed.
Highly recommend!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sessions become more affordable with higher training frequency, ranging from $52.50–$60 per 50-minute session. My goal is transparent pricing with no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your goals, fitness level, lifestyle, and any limitations on a 15 minute consult call to see if we’re a mutual fit. From there if it makes sense, we schedule our first training session and I build a personalized training approach and continually adjust it as you progress.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with years of hands-on training experience and a background in U.S. Marine Corps Infantry, where physical fitness and discipline were a major part of my career.
