FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was an accountant that all around wanted something else. I wanted to somehow, make a difference. I thought, who wouldn't love spending their days with animals!? Loving on animals while their parents are away is what I do best. Through some friend's referrals, I got North Fulton Pet Sitting up & running in no time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Midday play and potty breaks, vacation pet-sitting, in-home boarding, doggie daycare, fresh water and food, 30 minute walks, 1 hour walks, baths, blow drys, brush outs, nail trimming, flea treatments, administering pill-form medications, cleaning up pet waste and accidents, watering plants, checking mail, bringing in paper, adjusting lighting while you're away, opening and closing blinds and curtains while you're away, taking out the trash, pick-up and delivery and other services are available upon request.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Have a meet and greet to make sure your pet responds well to the sitter. Animals are incredibly intuitive and are quite capable of weeding out the bad guys. And most importantly, communicate your pet's every need to be sure they're getting proper care. Every pet is different and has different needs. Be sure your sitter meets these needs.
