What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work closely with the client to tailor a strategy and fee structure that works for you! My rates are far more affordable than your average "Big Firm" in the public relations and communications field. I am an independent practitioner, enabling me to develop a relationship with clients and work with them in a mutually beneficial way. I accept payment through PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or certified check.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new client, I want to find out exactly what their needs are first. This would likely include an initial phone call to introduce myself, and then a longer "Discovery call" after that over video chat. After ensuring I have a good understanding of the project(s) and timeline, I will draft a proposal for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- 15 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, integrated marketing, public affairs, and government relations.
- Service in the private, public, and non-profit arenas.
- Have served the highest levels of CEO's and government leaders as a trusted advisor.
