Kelly did a great job helping me get the land I wanted. Even though our offer was not accepted originally, when the seller's first deal fell through Kelly gave me an honest assessment of what she thought it was worth and we were able to come to an agreement with the seller very quickly. As a result of her efforts, I was able to close on the property almost 15 days earlier than I was planning. Would recommend everyone use this company.
