Above and beyond all expectations! Tom H. is the ultimate professional and knows his field. I entered into the real estate market like most people, hopeful yet afraid. Tom did an excellent job of taking the lead while keeping me involved and leaving the final decision making up to me. His primary goal was client-focused and completely centered around the idea of me making the best informed decision based on the information available. FOLLOW UP. One of the most shocking factors that will keep me as a return client was Tomâs follow up. After he successfully completed his contractual obligation, based on our signed agreement, he took it upon his self, on his own time, to ensure that everything was going well and that I was satisfied. My sister and I hired Thomas to help us sell our townhome in the Woodstock area. Having been in the industry previously, I had high expectations for the service I was looking for from an agent. Thomas exceeded all of my expectations. He was present and helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish and even prior to us listing the home. He was knowledgeable about the market, sending us relevant information prior to the listing to help us make an educated decision regarding how to best position the sale. He has a broad sphere of influence, which was evident as we had approximately 21 showings scheduled in 3 days and we were under contract in 2 days. Real estate transactions involve a lot of important decisions and for many, it can be one of the biggest transactions in their life. Therefore, it is important that you have the right people in your corner guiding you through the process. Overall the experience was positive and I would recommend him to friends and family.

Tom was gracious enough to take the time to help me get my house ready to list. We walked the entire house and he gave me a punch list of what I needed to do to get the most value for my house. There were things I never would have thought of but that shows he really knows what he is doing. After I completed the punch list he came back out and reviewed the house to make sure it was market ready. Once the house was market ready off he went. I was shocked with everything he provided and how many showings happened in such a small amount of time. Everything he put on the punch list mattered. I have relocated a few times in my professional career (4 Times to be exact) and this by far was the easiest and most stress free time I have ever had selling a house.

Tom has been coaching me through my 1st home buying experience. As a 1st time home buyer, it's easy to make compulsive, irrational, and indecisive decisions. I could tell that he's an experienced and knowledgeable realtor as he's answered my questions within a timely manner and point out things I didn't think about. He took time out of his busy schedule to sit down to discuss the numerous possibles of a new home purchase. With that being said... I'm glad I chose Tom to be my realtor as I'm 2 months away from closing on my 1st 'beautiful' home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My full service marketing plan is only $495 + 5% of the sales price due at closing. The $495 is refunded after we have a successful closing and I pay 3% to agents who bring us the qualified buyer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It always starts with a casual, no pressure conversation to determine goals and see if working together will be a good fit for all of us. Buying or selling a house is a team effort and it's important that we are all comfortable working together.

I’m a proud member of the Georgia Association of REALTORS® where I currently serve on its Global Alliance Committee. I’m a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist as well as a member of the exclusive Million Dollar Guild.
