- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My full service marketing plan is only $495 + 5% of the sales price due at closing. The $495 is refunded after we have a successful closing and I pay 3% to agents who bring us the qualified buyer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It always starts with a casual, no pressure conversation to determine goals and see if working together will be a good fit for all of us. Buying or selling a house is a team effort and it's important that we are all comfortable working together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a proud member of the Georgia Association of REALTORS® where I currently serve on its Global Alliance Committee. I’m a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist as well as a member of the exclusive Million Dollar Guild. In addition, I hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Military Relocation Professional and Certified International Property Specialist designations. The combination of my knowledge, hands-on experience and understanding of the most current marketing techniques provides my clients with a distinct advantage when needing expert guidance in their real estate transaction.
