He was there within the hour and was very professional. He got my leak fixed and even took the time to play with my very excited dog and told me all about his dogs. He installed my faucet and told me the fittings that come with the faucet would leak and used the better ones on his truck. He didn't charge me for the fittings and I thought the price he give me to do the work was very reasonable! I would recommend Zack and Mastermind to anybody that would listen! I am about to build a house and when I get to the plumbing stage he will be the one to do my work! 10 out of 10 with 5 stars!"See more

I have no clue what they cost, so after talking to three places who were just talking in circles and could not even tell me the price of a pump - I happened to call Ray. Within a minute, majority of it being me explaining the issue, Ray laid out the estimate (broken by cost of pump, cost of parts and labor). He inquired if it was 'urgent'. I initially assumed it was for some extra 'urgent plumbing fee and said no (we have other bathrooms) But no, it was just to prioritize his customers on who needed something really urgent first! He said he would message me a time, messaged me an ETA, showed up on time, fixed it at the estimated price. A genuinely nice guy who also happens to be a great plumber!"See more
