After meeting Doc, me and my husband both of us have started training with him. It's been a great start with excellent training. Doc. Is kind of gem find for us with his great depth of knowledge and experience in cardio, strength and accupressure.
After training with Larry for almost 4 months, I can attest to Larry's professional knowledge, enthusiasm, and result-driven attitude. My goal is to tone, and get fitter. To that end, Larry created a custom whole body workout for me. He guides me in working all parts of my body, arms, chest, legs, and even cardio. He pays attention to my forms closely, making sure I get the most out of my workout, and also not get hurt. I'll definitely be training with Larry for the foreseeable future! If you are on the fence about having a personal trainer to help you achieve your fitness goal, you owe it to yourself to at least have a trial session with Larry!
After several visits to the doctor and chiropractor for my injured knee for about six months with no results I decided to give Dave a shot. Anthony is an Awesome Trainer!! He makes working out fun if it's possible! Everyday you do something different so not to get bored!! It is an allover body work out with cardio mixed in! There is also a lot of focus on your core, so not only is it strength training it helps with balance, flexibility and agility! After working with Anthony my tennis game improved greatly! My opponents are always impressed at how well I can cover the court! I would recommend Anthony to anyone and everyone! No matter your age or the shape you are in he will work with you yet challenge you to be at your best!!

Since February of 2016, Stephen has helped me build my stamina, lose inches in key areas, and increase muscle tone. His workouts never get boring and offer versatility such as boxing, circuit training, weights, cardio and plyometric exercises.
