Mark and Wazir were super friendly and professional and came to the rescue within 2 hours of me calling to schedule. Located the issue quickly and cleared clog. Very patient and explained how the plumbing works, showed me the location of the cleanout valve and discussed prevention techniques.

I had a crew at the house installing a new shower stall. When they removed the tub they found a mess of corroded pipes and an ancient 'tube's trap. It all had to be replaced before they could continue. With them waiting (on the clock) I needed a plumber bad!I called Mr. Rooter (Savannah) and explained my dilemma and the dispatcher (Sarah) said she'd get someone out but it might be a couple of hours. Oh my! Well, Jacob arrived within an hour! He examined the problem and unfortunately for me it was going to take most of a day to fix. Oh dear! So I sent the crew home and Jacob said he'd be out first thing in the morning. He arrived at 7:45 a.m. Yay!. He went right to work and had the job completed in 2 hours! Again, YAY!. Got my crew back and had the the stall finished that day. Jacob is an excellent representative of the company - as it says up top - professional, compent, friendly, hard worker. He knew time was important to me and he jumped in and got the job done. Thank you Mr. Rooter and thank you Jacob! Dont be afraid to call these guys. They'll get your job done and done right!

Mr. Rooter was able to help me quickly on an emergency repair. Preston fixed us up better than original. Cant say enough positive about the experience ... wouldnt hesitate to call again!

They came out on the same day I called and they were willing to come back the very next day and fix my leak. We had a slab leak in our master bath and Josh walked me through every step of his process. He had it fixed faster than his quoted time. He also called Serclean to come in and dry out and access the water damage. The office staff is very caring since I have a lot going on. They even called to check on me after the job was over to make sure everything was handled and I was doing okay. 10/10 recommend them! Savannah, ga 31406
