- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally try to figure out how long the job will take and how much materials and overhead, and I come up with a fair price that we can all agree to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to come check out the job in person so we can meet and discuss a few options. Once we figure out what needs to be done, I type an estimate and send it to your email. Once we come to an agreement, we sign a service contract and work begins on the date stated in the contract.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began doing carpentry and painting at the age of about 14. I have always had a passion for building.
