Introduction
Gavin is a 8 year special operations veteran. While in the army he handled a Dual purpose explosive detection dog. Gavin is very passionate about improving the quality of life for his clients and their dogs. Gavin is not only a pet dog trainer but instructs law enforcement K9 seminars as well as actively training in dog sport competition. Gavin is a certified PSA Decoy.

I have a 3 year old German Shepherd Rescue who had basic obedience somewhat down, but had developed some dog reactivity. After a board and train with GPK9 she is like a whole new dog. We are able to go for daily walks in the park passing other dogs, and able to go out and enjoy beautiful Savannah without worrying that my dog is going to react and go crazy. I get compliments on how well behaved she is every time we go somewhere.
Gavin is awesome and incredibly knowledgeable. He is responsive and kept me up to date with what they were working on while JoJo was at training. I am so excited to be able to take my dog places, and she is so much more calm and happy when we go out.
Well worth every penny, I highly recommend the GPK9 team!

My only regret is that I can't give a 6th star. Gavin and staff were amazing. We have 2 pit bulls who were reactive, didn't like other dogs and had other behavioral issues. After Gavin and his staff finished with them, we were amazed. They are different dogs. Well behaved, confident and no longer reactive. The best part about the training is that they don't just train the dogs and leave, they give you the tools, methods and processes to continue and reinforce the training. If there is an issue, Gavin is a phone call, text or email away. He is responsive, answers any questions we have and helps talk us through the process so that we understand what we're doing and why we're doing it. I can't recommend any more highly.

This experience was life changing! We have two rescue pitbulls. One blind and one nervous. We could not take them out ot around other people. No longer hostages in our house thanks to Gavin and Georgia Pine K-9!
