Couldn’t be happier. We had a difficult placement of the old water heater because it was an 80 gallon unit. They suggested pairing two 50 gallon units tied together,one feeding the other. Two reasons, it would be cheaper to purchase those two from hi supplier than one 80 gallon unit. It also resolved trying to muscle a large unit up. They were true to their estimate including their electricians fee who was also prompt, courteous and professional. The bonus was they were early to respond with a bid and it was their specialty. The other respondents took over a week with a bid and it was not their primary business. When I met them it just seemed like they were doing the bid to fill in time and they were $1000 more on the bid not to mention wanting to cut out the entrance to the attic for access. A definite no.
