FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to keep our prices competitive, but we probably won’t be the cheapest option. We are state licensed, insured, and pay our subcontractors and workers a livable wage. We use top-tier methods when doing our work, and don’t cut costs by using inferior or low quality products. We believe it’s a better value to do a superior job the first time then to have to redo a job multiple times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a virtual appointment via phone call, text message, or email. This allows us to see if the project is a good fit. Then we can provide a ballpark estimate. If the customer wants to move forward, we can schedule an on-site assessment to provide a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received on the job training for over 30 years. Besides learning and working from a very young age, I’ve also studied and passed the Georgia State contractors licensing test. With carrying a state license, we take continued education courses every year to keep our license.
