- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary depending on the sq footage, the condition and the customers needs. I offer a 10% discount to all new customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set a time and date to do a walk through either in person or i send you some questions to gather an idea of the situation of your home. I take time to discuss what the clients needs are so i can best understand exactly what type of service they need, that way i can price accordingly. At the end of the service we do a walk through so I can assure everything is to their liking before leaving. I never want to leave a client unsatisfied.
