- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most Installs and service/repair items I charge $90 for the first hour. $45 an hour after that. Plus materials cost. Most punch list jobs will only take about 2 hours. But every job is different. I also charge by the job if I have a good understanding of what the job is and what materials are needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I walk through what their needs are and explain what the process might be and answer any questions they might have. If hired, I then require a 50% down and start ASAP on desired start date. They have me 100% until job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of hands on experience. I have been a crew leader for some of the best Landscape and general construction companies out there. I have also worked as a customer service manager for many years.
