Nathaniel did his first cutting for me today and he did a great job. Quick work but with quality. I didnt have to stand over the top of him or show him anything. He knew exactly what to do and completed it well. I will use his company again!

I hate writing poor reviews, but I’m very disappointed. I chatted with Nathaniel extensively. He understood that I am relocating from MD to GA and that all of my previous efforts to reach landscapers who could service my yard were unsuccessful. He was the only landscaper to reach back. That meant quite a bit to me. Our first appointment fell through because my U-Haul broke down, delaying my travel. I was afraid, believing I’d lost Nathaniel, but he finally reached back and agreed to meet me another day. Nathaniel came out to my home and we discussed his recommendations and some of my interests. My home is new construction and the builders did the bare minimum. The work would require putting down mulch, planting flowers, and bimonthly maintenance to include fertilizer. I explained that my desire is to create curb appeal, which Nathaniel told me he could give me. It’s a beautiful home. It can really pop with the right lawn work. I was excited to get started and agreed to receive an estimate by email in three days. That was, unfortunately, several weeks ago. I’ve tried reaching Nathaniel without success. If he decided my home was too far for travel, I could have accepted that and widened my search. Instead, he said nothing. He simply disappeared and ignored my communication. It does not make me feel good to write such a review. I just want a landscaper. Going forward, and to avoid negative reviews, please respond to potential customers, even if you cannot help them.
