FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is already quite competitive for the type of coaching that I provide, but of course I want my services to be as accessible as possible. That’s why my packages give you more benefits for less cost, so you have even more incentive to make this commitment to yourself and your relationship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free discovery call to make sure we are a great fit to work together- that we both/all three feel confident in being able to improve your concerns. From there I usually work with people for a minimum of 12 sessions, so for 3-6 months, depending on how often we meet for sessions. That’s a solid amount of time for transformation to happen. Sometimes it takes longer to reach your goals; I don’t guarantee everything will be perfect after 12 sessions! But coaching is not a years-long, slow process either. You typically begin to make at least one shift as soon as possible- often in the first session we can at least make a small change or you can commit to an action step. In between sessions you have action steps/practices/resources to use that we’ve agreed upon in session, based on what we are working on in session. So the change doesn’t stay in session, it’s applicable to your real life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Sex Coach trained by Dr Patti Britton, the founder of sex coaching (fusing life coaching with the scientific study of human sexuality). I’m a certified sexologist with years of experience in adult education. I also have a BA in Sociology and a BA in Spanish, and I’m bilingual. In addition to my private practice, I work as a Student Advisor for Sex Coach U, where I help train others in sex coaching.
