Hello! Thank you for considering Amber Cherré Beauty for such a special occasion! My name is Amber. I am a self-taught freelance makeup artist who specializes in soft glam makeup applications. I am passionate about what I do, which is providing a luxury experience for all of my current and future clients. I have 14+ years of experience in the beauty industry. During this span of time I have dedicated myself to growing my knowledge beyond just “doing makeup”, but also taking time to learn my clients and their needs so that I can provide an experience unique to each one. I have also selected and trained a team of assisting artists who are all just as talented and professional as myself. They have all been trained to provide an expert level of service and execute a range of looks, each customized to each client’s unique features and desires. Our main concern is that YOU are 150% satisfied with the services you entrust us to provide. I highly suggest send us pictures of you without makeup or filters and pictures of your desired looks to ensure we understand exactly what looks you are going for and the best way to create the look you desire with your unique features! **PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING** RETAINER FEES: Retainer Fees are collected to hold your appointment time and are non-refundable and non-transferable. All retainer fees go towards your total service cost. Fees can be paid via Credit Card or PayPal. CANCELLATIONS: If you must cancel, please do so atleast 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. In the event that I must cancel due to a sudden emergency, a full refund of the amount paid for the service(s) will be issued. RESCHEDULING: If you wish to reschedule to a different day, you must pay a new retainer to hold a time for a new day. If you wish to reschedule your appointment to a new time for the same day as your original appointment (subject to availability), no new retainer fee is required. REMAINING BALANCE: After the retainer fee, the remaining balance is due on or before your scheduled appointment time. Remaining balances can be paid via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay.  LATE FEES: I do give a 15 minute grace period. After that period, a late fee of $10.00 will be added to the remaining balance. REFUNDS: In the event that I, the makeup artist, must cancel due to a sudden emergency, the full retainer amount will be refunded. This is the only instance where retainer fees are issued. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process. Contact me if you do not see your refund in the allotted amount of days.
