My daughter and I just packed up her townhome in the last couple days and realized we were not ready to move all the heavy items from the 2nd floor into our POD. Shaq responded immediately to our request of help for the "heavy lifting". Not only did he and his crew move those items, but they packed our entire POD very quickly and with great care. It was a feat we would have never been able to accomplish. Every space in the POD was used. They were very professional and cared about going above and beyond our expectations. Literally, a miracle to our move that we didn't know we needed!!

I submitted a VERY short-notice request (next day ... my own fault) for someone to help me move JUST a couple heavy furniture items out of the house and into a moving truck. Shaq quickly replied that he would come to my assistance. When his arrival time was delayed due to another job taking longer than anticipated, he clearly communicated that, and then kept me updated regarding his progress. He and Jarod did a super job. They were polite, professional, and made the task of getting a gun safe and sleeper sofa out through an awkward doorway look easy. Even though I'd requested assistance with ONLY those two heavy items, Shaq and Jarod also helped load the items which I still hadn't moved. They made sure the boxes and furniture were optimally arranged in the truck to avoid damage, even though I was only taking things one hour away. And at the other end of this move, eveything in the truck was still exactly where it had been secured. The bottom line is that I couldn't have asked for a more responsive or thorough team.
