Introduction: I'm always trying to learn everyday so I can be a better coach. I feel that a lot of trainers do not do this. I have a Masters degree and have completed three internships to improve my skills. I have work with Division 1 and 2 athletes, and individuals ranging from ages 10-70. I try to stay up to date with current research so I can provide my clients with the best information and training as possible. I love to help people achieve their dreams. I do all of this because it is worth it to me to see the satisfaction on my clients face when they hit their goals.
Helping others. That's why I do what I do. I enjoy this field because I feel I can make a difference in people's lives. I also love providing education and teaching my clients how to lift weights correctly and how to eat better. I believe this goes a long way , especially after the client is no longer with you. They learned from you and can now be successful on their own. That is the goal for me.
