Introduction: Over the past 5 years I have dove into the fitness community! I have worked with over 20 clients in a long term personal training setting. I spent 3 years coaching olympic lifting and powerlifting on a one on one basis and small group setting. In 2016 I spent a year leading a sport performance program focused on building stability, strength, and power in athletes ages 9 to 17. I also ran a womens bootcamp that was impactful, fun, and community building. After making a big move in 2017 to Hawaii as a military spouse, I was hired as a Youth Sports Coordinator for YMCA of Honolulu. I created, marketed, and implemented a successful Youth Sports program for Mililani YMCA with over 20 sports and 100 athletes. Working at this same YMCA, I discovered a passion for coaching older adults. I led a seated group fitness class for those with chronic disease and Parkinson's to over 50 members total. We have now moved to Georgia where I have been personal training and monthly workout programming for remote clients to perform on their own at home.

Simply said…Chelsea has changed my life! As a female over 60, starting an exercise program was intimidating. I was concerned about injuring myself and focused on my inabilities. Although I knew that Chelsea was qualified to train a triathlete, she listened to MY needs and tailored a program for me. We work on core strength, flexibility and balance while, at the same time, Chelsea continues to gently push me to accomplish more. Now I’m able to focus on my abilities not inabilities. Chelsea is knowledgeable, encouraging and compassionate. She genuinely wants me to be the best that I can be and that makes her a 10 out of 10!
