Clearly explained that I needed windows in 5 weeks from first consultation. Lead me along for 3 weeks promising they would be there. Then called to say they would be 2 weeks late. I live in KY and cannot run down to SC due to their negligence. Strung me on for another 3 days until I ordered from Holiday Home Improvement. I asked Exterior Pros about siding installation, promised a discount quote in 2 days due to window negligence. Week later, still have not heard from them. Dont waste your time, your business is not desired.UPDATE: after the issues above, I worked with Exterior Pros on a siding and soffit project to give them a chance to redeem the problems. I was very satisfied with Daniel and his entire crew. Very professional and meticulously detailed craftsmanship. The finish product is the best that house has looked since new in 1968. They now have a very satisfied customer who will recommend them over and over!

I give Mitch Hoover and his crew five stars. There was a rough start to the day when a crew member of a supplier of materials caused an on site problem; within a short while Mitch was on the scene, had the manager of the supplier on the scene and the situation was resolved. The roof looks outstanding and everything was cleaned before the crew left. I recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing service. Prior to actually being able to get to the task, Mitch provided cover for a small leak so that no interior damage was done.
