I had a broken window, posted on Thumbtack, and Kay messaged right away. He came the same day the window cracked (even managed to fit me in after working hours), did a quick measurement, picked up the window from Lowe’s, had it stored safely, and then came the next day (early I might add) ready to work, and completed the job in under an hour. He cleaned everything up, showed me how the window worked, and assured me on the safety features as well. Kay literally saved me so much time and stress and kept me from spending over what I needed budget wise. He quoted me an amazing price (especially on such short notice), and found me the best window that fit my budget and my preferred style and installed it with no trouble. I will be hiring him for other projects and cannot recommend him enough!! He seriously knows what he’s doing.
