The services that I offer are the following: - Design of aircraft interiors, prepared interior and mechanical systems reports to document compliance with FAA requirements leading to Supplemental Type Certificate (STC), used PLM and PDM software (ProFile) - Fabrication of two sets of vortex control devices, 1st in fiberglass/epoxy/foam core composite structure and 2nd in specially formed and shaped and welded sheet metal - SBIR phase I contracts - designed, fabricated and tested innovative computer controlled constant force sanding tool to precisely remove surface coatings, for U.S. Air Force, - Fabricated a polyurethane foam wing weighing 11.25 ounces that was statically loaded to 100 pounds without yielding, for low cost manufacturing of UAV’s for U.S. Navy - Installed the NASA overset CFD methodology, including a 72 core Microway cluster running OpenSUSE 11.3, compiled and installed overflow, Chimera Grid Tools, Pegasus5, Fieldview, qsub job scripts and other supporting software - Prepared and presented the Fault Tree analysis for the X-43A-LS and the LoFLYTE III - Prepared and presented the flight test operations and safety report for the LoFLYTE III UAV - Taught university undergraduate classes in statics, dynamics, aerodynamics and engineering graphics - Provided full range of CAD, CAM and CNC services from design to fabrication through milling and finishing of four composite flap molds (20 ft. 2 each) - Led the aircraft system MDO tasks in sizing, performance, optimization and sensitivity trade studies - CAD/CAM - AutoCAD, Inventor, Rhino 3D, IronCAD, Solid Works, Master CAM, SprutCAM, DraftSight - Programming languages - Fortran, MATLAB, C/C++, basic, MathCAD, maple, UNIX shell programming and VBA/Excel.
