- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do! You can email me to request for the full price lists.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication! That way I get to know their personalities and designs based on their preferences. Most of all, learning what kind of flowers/foliages they like least (even hate), that way, you won't incorporate them in the designs. Customers happiness is the key!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with the number one Atlanta's event company for 5 years. I also have a certificate on floral advanced designs from school of International Floral Arrangement.
