- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the app only provides you an estimated prices. An estimated price is an educated guess for the cost of a good or service, or a forecast for the price of a project. Businesses use estimates to help determine future costs, and may later decide to charge more or less than the estimate based on the actual cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Green Clean does have a check list for each service. We do also have a Customers policy that we recommend all of our future clients to take 5 minutes to read and sign it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees is background checked and trained by the staff.
