I was able to get an appointment within several days, and the day of, I really appreciated the text with a picture of Josh, a note that he was on the way, and a way to track the arrival time. He also called me confirming that he would be there shortly and gave me his GPS arrival time. I was so impressed with Grassroots before Josh ever arrived. Josh was extremely professional and I could tell he was very knowledgeable; I like to understand things, so I asked him lots of questions about the problem and the tools he was using, and he patiently answered every question. He explained the options, gave me choices, and helped me figure out which repairs were the most important. He was also very personable and it turned out we had a lot of common friends; even though it was the end of the day, and he was probably ready to head home to family, he never rushed or made me feel like he was in a hurry to run out the door. He took the time to do the work right and he talked with me and explained things. I was so impressed and couldn't recommend Josh or Grassroots plumbing more highly. Although I couldn't afford to get everything done this time, I will definitely be calling Grassroots Plumbing again to do the additional jobs when finances allow. It was the worst service I have ever received. I got a written guarantee from the company manager about the quality of the job I am going to have but it was the worst service. The plumber did not know the basics. He installed the shower head not high enough. He forgot to secure the junction so pipe leaked afterwards. The drains which he installed are not aligned at all and you would be surprised if i tell you that the plumber even did not have a level. And at the end he charged me more than what he asked at the beginning.
