- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will let the customer know ahead of time. if I have to make a trip to see the work to make sure price is right. I will do that. I will offer discount for next visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
make sure customer is satisfied with my first service, pleasing the customer and get the job done right. The customer chose me therefore, I will deliver an excellent job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training as a Medical Assistant, Home care Assistant, CPR, First Aid, cleaning professional, running errands and more.
