Had to reach out for them to do what they said they would ie. Send layouts, color schemes, ideas etc. On several occasions I'd ask about the items above and I'd get sent some mediocre pictures. And eventually never got what I asked for. I paid for the consultation and moved on. Was not satisfied. Unprofessional and Untimely.

Lynette, I am sorry that you were unsatisfied with the amount of “work” that was completed in the initial consultation. The consultation should have only been looking at your space and discussing your vision, but we jumped right into “designing on the spot”. 15 pieces of furniture were moved and placed, mirrors and artwork was placed to be hung, a 12x15 rug was pulled from storage and placed, as well as measurements and ideas for window treatments. We discussion of use of your existing art/ accessories and new art and furniture to fit your space and desired look. As for “timely manner”, a set time was not on the calendar due to you traveling without a return time. Again, I apologize for any miscommunication or understanding. Pricing was made very clear, it is also on my website. The amount of work that took place would have normally been $425, $125 for the consultation and $75 per hour (with a four hour bundle). We agreed on $75 for the consultation (a deal), and everything above was completed in two hours. Thank you graciously for paying for two hours. I hope that you are able to work with the space plan and placement of all that was accomplished in such a small amount of time. You seemed very happy when I left 😊 My best, Hailey
