I've been ghosted by contractors mid-job, lied to about pricing, had contractors causing more damage than they solve, but this business came without all of those headaches. I should request my money back from EVERY contractor I ever had and give them Dorrell's (the owner) number for education on how it's done!"See more

Jessica B. says, "I cannot recommend Herik and Santos Renovations enough! Herik’s communication was excellent—he met me onsite exactly when he said he would and was always punctual. He followed up consistently and even completed the work on a Saturday. I had a question about the floor, and he came out again (from Brookhaven all the way to Exit 13, before heading to Dunwoody) just to make sure everything was right. He was amazing in every aspect: the quality of the work, communication, timeliness (I was the one running late, and he was so gracious), he is just kind and easygoing, so knowledgeable and his patience with my payment and all the details I asked about. He’s a true professional. If we ever switch to LVP in the future or need additional repairs, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again. Thank you, Herik, for helping me on such short notice. As you can see, he achieved a perfect floor match—even though the previous stain was a blend of three different Minwax colors. The floor he worked on was engineered wood and it had already been refinished at least twice and was damaged due to water underneath that caused it to warp. He did an amazing job with the match and stain and you cannot tell it was ever damaged. Herik also does tile and shower renovations and his work was amazing that I saw!
