Introduction: Home Maid Happy offers various depths of cleaning for both commercial and residential clients of Home Maid Happy! We operate on a “touch everything” basis: in order for our cleaning services to be complete, we must have touched everything in the designated room! From dusting to scrubbing, we are happy to make your home clean! Call for more information! Basic cleans: In a basic clean, the cleaning is done to a professional quality within a very reasonable time frame. • Bedrooms: $10 per bedroom; cleaning entails dusting, vacuuming/mopping, picking up any miscellaneous items, and taking out trash • Bathrooms: $12 per full bathroom, $6 per half bathroom; cleaning entails wiping down counters, mirrors, etc., scrubbing toilets, sinks, and tubs/showers, polishing all fixtures, vacuuming/mopping, and taking out trash • Common areas: $55 for all common areas (kitchen, halls, stairs, living room, dining room, foyer); cleaning entails dusting everything, wiping down any mirrors, vacuuming/mopping, and taking out trash • Extra rooms: $8 per room (study, office, den, etc.); cleaning entails dusting everything, wiping down any mirrors, vacuuming/mopping, and taking out trash Deep cleans: In a deep clean, the cleaning is done to an exceptionally professional quality, within a reasonable time frame. A deep clean focuses on everything a basic clean focuses on, but a deep clean takes the cleaning a positive step forward. Deep cleaning focuses on baseboards/crown moldings, crown moldings, door knobs, and every other little crevice that grime can creep into! Deep cleans are about $2 to $4 more per room, a small price to pay for such a further in depth clean. • Bedrooms: $12 per bedroom; cleaning entails that of the basic clean in addition to dusting off baseboards/crown moldings, dusting off blinds/shades, dusting windowsills, and removing cobwebs • Bathrooms: $14 per bathroom, and $8 per half bathroom; cleaning entails that of the basic clean, in addition to wiping down baseboards/crown moldings, dusting off blinds/shades, dusting windowsills, removing cobwebs, and scrubbing tubs/showers with a toothbrush • Commons areas: $65 for all common areas (kitchen, halls, stairs, living room, dining room, foyer); cleaning entails that of the basic clean, in addition to dusting off baseboards/crown moldings, dusting off blinds/shades, dusting windowsills, and removing cobwebs • Extra rooms: $10 per room (study, office, den, etc.); cleaning entails that of the basic clean, in addition to dusting off baseboards/crown moldings, dusting off blinds/shades, dusting windowsills, and removing cobwebs Additional services: We also offer additional services at a small cost to ensure that every single inch of your home is sanitized and safe for daily life. We will give you a quote on any service you have in mind. • Interior oven: $10 per oven; this includes scrubbing the interior of the oven • Interior microwave: $4 per microwave; this includes cleaning and sanitizing • Interior refrigerator: $12 per fridge; this includes removing every item in the fridge, cleaning and sanitizing the appliance, and replacing all items • Laundry services: $8 per load on site, and $12 per load off site; this includes washing, drying, and folding all clothing items.
