Bridgette was excellent from start to finish! A group of us going to a Chicks concert were nervous about potential surge prices/availability with Lyft or Uber, so we booked Allure. She got back to me right away with a quote and the booking process was so easy. She arrived early and even had The Chicks playing when we got in the car, so thoughtful!! She had waters for us and her car was immaculate! Bridgette was kind, professional, and worked with us on a price that worked with our budget. Will definitely use Allure again!

I would recommend Allure Arrivals to anyone! We used allure to travel from our wedding venue to hotel. Bridgett had not been to our wedding venue prior to our trip but assured me it would not be an issue. When I heard that she was at our venue two hours early just to be sure she didn’t have any issues getting there I was blown away!! Not to mention that made it much easier for us to leave when we were ready than right at our send off time. She also had refreshments ready in the car and the red carpet was a nice additional touch. If you are thinking about using Allure Arrivals your search ends here! Highly recommend!!

Hired for pick up and drop off for my mom to her 80th birthday party. The driver was on time and with pick up and drop off. Appreciated the thoughtfulness of having my mom's favorites on hand during the trip. Mom was provided apple juice and a goodie bag. The driver Ms. Bridget Burns was excellent according to my mom, my husband, and my sister who all were a part of the ride. They told me how personable Ms. Burns was and how the conversation among them was ongoing. I truly appreciated Ms. Burns keeping my mom comfortable in the vehicle while the party got off to a late start and mom's entrance had to be delayed. Because of this, I would certainly hire this company again.

Allure Arrivals are pleased to offer a 10% discount on all first time bookers. We offer competitive pricing while offering the upmost luxurious first class service with integrity.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Allure Arrivals Transportation (AAT) pride ourselves on communication. Our preference of communication is via phone to ensure we all are in the same page with booking expectations. All tours e.g. wine, brewery etc, will have in-depth communication to ensure we understand itinerary, location drop-offs etc. AAT Terms and Conditions relating to payments, refunds, emergency contact info etc. is discussed and provided in writing.
