FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A: For notary services, I charge $10 per signature and a mobile travel fee based on distance (starting at $25). A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, and it’s applied toward your final service total. Additional fees may apply for after-hours, extended wait times, or tolls. For private investigations, a $100 consultation fee is required at the time of booking. This fee ensures I can gather all necessary details and match you with a qualified investigator who specializes in your case. Because of the nature of investigations, I ask that clients be serious about their request. Currently, I do not offer discounts, but I always aim to provide transparent, competitive rates with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A: For notary services, I start by confirming your document type and location. We then schedule your appointment, and a $20 deposit is required to secure your time. At the appointment, I’ll verify your identity, notarize your documents, and collect the final balance. For private investigations, I begin with a $100 consultation fee to understand your situation in detail. During this session, I gather all the facts needed to match you with the right licensed investigator. After the consultation, I coordinate next steps to ensure your case is handled professionally and effectively. No matter the service, I focus on making the process clear, professional, and respectful of your time and privacy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A: I have over 20 years of experience in financial services, banking, and client relations, which has given me a deep understanding of handling sensitive and confidential information—an essential skill in both notary and private investigation services. I am a certified Notary Public and keep up to date with continuing education requirements. For private investigations, I work closely with licensed and experienced investigators to ensure every case is handled professionally and ethically.
